Hosted CIPP – Standards templates not rendering / stuck on "Resolving object identifiers #2
Description
We are using hosted CIPP.
After adding the Domain Name Administrator GDAP role to CIPP Defaults and re-running standards,
all Standards Templates (Low / Medium Impact baselines) no longer render in the UI.
Symptoms:
- Templates list appears empty
- Imported templates show "loaded successfully" but do not appear
- Viewing alignment hangs on "Resolving object identifiers"
- Occurs across All Tenants and individual tenants
- Re-importing from CIPP-Templates catalog does not resolve
- Clearing filters, tenant context, hard refresh does not resolve
This appears to be an object identifier resolution / backend cache issue after GDAP role changes.
No tenant settings were modified manually.
