Describe the Bug

The island notification doesn't appear unless I open the app and swipe home once. I already enabled no restrictions and auto start in the background.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set any app to have a Hyperbridged notification
2. Make it push a notitication
3. Notice the island, more like lack of, island notification.

Thank you for the bug report. Some users are reporting similar issues on their devices after some system apps updates or the Google Play Services updates.

I'm trying to find a permanent fix to the app on the next update, but in the maintain you can fix it by Granting notification permissions again

On system settings, you can enable every permission per app. Make sure Notification Spotlight permission is granted for Hyper Bridge

Re granting notitication permission does make the island appear and update but only for a little bit of time, then it again either stays outdated or doesn't appear.

I'm investigating the issue. But it seems that is also affecting other apps.

GitHub also stopped sending notifications on my device due to this system bug. Will keep the issue open until a fix is applied, on Hyper Bridge or HyperOS.

They are migrating the code to Rust. If you update app systems, you might find that some functionalities stopped working.

Xiaomi is focused on making the Hyper Island runs smoothly on all devices.

On the new system updates they add back some missing dependencies that are needed with the new rust modules.

Yeah I've noticed, wonder if hyperbridge will still work on 4.0 , where they supposedly will get rid of old MIUI stuff entirely

On global, Hyper Bridge will likely be working on future versions of HyperOS since they don't offer HyperOS notification on the global dev center.

But with the future support of Live Updates inside the Hyper Island, Hyper Bridge will work using the native android notification
