background tasks #26
Description
the server needs the ability to run background tasks on a specified interval (cron tab probably). did this previously on a different server and this one will need it to.
current jobs that will need to be run by the server
- user session cleanup
- api session cleanup
- any failed synced entries / files
will need a way to manage the jobs being run (maybe include a way to change the intervals?) though the admin interface.
