Missing extract-text-webpack-plugin

extract-text-webpack-plugin is being used in webpack.prod.js and webpack.common.js but is not included as a dependency.

Expected Behavior

When installing dependencies, extract-text-webpack-plugin should be installed as a devDependencies.
