The pop-up window that allows users to add a new alias to an already existing instrument now has a useful link to documentation:
However, clicking on that link opens the page up in the same tab, replacing the page where the user was adding an alias. I think it should open up in a new tab instead, so that the user doesn't lose the page they're working on.
