NSGA-IIR not used in DEAP?

Hi, I've been looking into NSGA-II and the variant proposed in your 2013 paper, and I was wondering why the revisited variant, which accounts for identical fitnesses, hasn't been implemented in DEAP? Have you observed it to perform worse than regular NSGA-II? Or did you simply not have the time to do it (in which case I would be happy to help)? Thanks!
