If invalid SMS-config, show better errormessage #176
Description
Got this error when creating a new trace and SMS-provider was invalid (was configured with suspended Sveve-account):
The trace was created, even when the errormessage indicates it wasn't.
The errormessage should indicate that SMS-provider is the underlying issue.
