Wrong personell status when closing and reopening app

STR:

1. Create an Incident
2. Close App
3. Open App
4. Go to "My page"
5. Observe that you are in an Incident (see attachment: Søk Øygarden), but action status says "Alarmed" and you can choose "Select mission"
