Redo Floating action button #86
Description
Currently the Floating action button (FAB) is only used to add elements. The idea is to change the functionality to open a "quick action / landing page" where the user can select the most relevant actions (including adding various elements). The "quick actions" available will be customized to the users current profile, role and the page the button was accessed from. The Excel sheet for more detailed suggestions.
This issue includes creating the "quick action / landing page".
Maybe also change the icon from a plus sign to an icon that indicates "quick".
