Would like to understand the time window for notification

Dear all, I saw in the static that between Symptom Start and notification via Swiss Covid App 3 - 5 days occurred in average. It seams for me a little long. Now the question what is in this case the notification window for the encounter contacts ?

And this number of days 3 - 5 in the statistic. Is this measured between test and code entering in the app or between symptom and code entering.
