Improve New Member form validation

If an invalid entry is input on clicking register, there should be a specific error showing on the appropriate place instead of one big error for the whole form

• Make sure phone number is in proper format (123-456-7890 or (123) 456-7890) or automatically insert dashes ect
• Make sure Address is in proper format or eliminate need for address altogether
• Make sure email is in proper format
• Setup label errors for validation on New Member Form instead of one blanket error for everything
• Add password protection or strict criteria for password
