There is a tasks report which shows total hours logged against a task.
Unbilled time report which shows unbilled time

Idea, under reports have a simple Time Entries report which lists all time, billed and unbilled with relevant metadata
Ie
DateTime start stop duration project task notes billed client

This could then be exported and arranged, grouped in excel as required

** Time Entries do not exist as a report builder option
