Invoices Prefix should be 100% Custom Editable

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I change the Invoice Prefix, "INV-" is always there, also I can't change that the Date is not there, and for my case, this makes the Invoice Number too big.

I want to edit the whole Prefix, Maybe because I am in Austria I would change the INV to RE or something.

Ahh ok, maybe its a bug, don't know because the "Prefix" is not applied to any of the invoices.
