otrance.org was switched off a while ago. Try using http://update.otrance.de/setup.php instead.

kermie is right. While he replied I did move the setup to the new subdomain update.otrance.de. This was teamwork without knowing about it. ;)
Let me know if the setup is still not working.

I can continue
and then error again

@DSB what can I do and why it's trying to download 1.0.1? in http://update.otrance.de/setup.php, it's 1.1.0

I've cloned the git but I am getting the error "Can't fetch package information." with 404 error ( I have install otrance in the past without issue)

Any Idea where I can find the package ?
