[feature] Multiple script language support

This is just here and a basis, not to be added in the near future.

With this being a public open source project. different users specialize in different languages, and different languages can be used to handle different tasks.

languages i think should be added are Python and PHP (perl is terrible)

I agree with this statement. Except the part about perl, cause I don't support favoritism on languages hahaha.
