"Items" and "Trinkets" viewers are not showing items and trinkets when logging into a character

Hello,

I have added several items to the "Item" viewer in BCDM and am also using the "Trinkets" viewer. However, when I first log onto characters these items and trinkets are not appearing.

To get them to appear, I typically have to open BCDM for them to load. Sometimes I need to open BCDM more than once. Sometimes opening my bag causes them to load. The behavior is inconsistent.

It seems that BCDM "forgets" my items and trinkets between sessions.
