[Feature Request] Add toggles for each trinket slot in the TrinketBar

I would like to be able to disable a trinket slot for trinkets such as the [Emerald Coach's Whistle] from Algethar's Academy, it's an on-use but it gives a 1 hour buff so there's no need to track it on the CDM.

Either a toggle for each slot or the ability to blacklist certain trinkets would work.

I'd like a blacklist more, that way I won't have to care which trinketslot the trinket is in
