i found your engine at https://www.facebook.com/JurekChessEnginesRating/posts/pfbid0mYgbXEkjqJPW3BoVc25De8muwbFD7ny935rSXS31ApLY9JQrZW427s3s9cvfG5ZCl but there's no GitHub link .. and the name "Sentinel" is often used for projects, so Google couldn't help much .. also strange : search within GitHub didn't find it either (must be my mistake) but "Daniel Samek" was joining other GitHub projects too, so that made me find you ..
i think many users notice those ChessDiary posts .. unclear how they get their texts, your GitHub page could have been mentioned .. i know other chess engine authors suffer from this too.
i managed to compile that AVX version on Linux and it runs fine in CuteChess.
