Node construction module

Develop a node construction module following the defined protocol. Responsibilities include:

• Structuring patient states into clinically meaningful nodes.
• Incorporating structured clinical information (labs, observations, diagnoses, treatments).
• Tagging with biomedical ontologies (e.g., SNOMED-CT, UMLS).

(Assigning each node a unique ID and branch ID to indicate its branch membership.)
