General pictures

Was asked for the ability to take pictures that do not fit a normal inspection checklist item but are about a problem with the vehicle.
We could also consider having the ability to take a photo of the vehicle and store it with vehicle records.(not really a DI concern).

@scaspers @YoMurphy have you considered adding a "Misc" Checklist Item or an "Additional Photos" checklist item to apply as a catch all simply as a test to see how often the feature is used, and also to determine if we may need to provide more with the proper implementation of the feature?
