Using Vanish doesn't update World

While in vanish if you move further away from the loaded world, it will stop loading because Terraria sees you as an inactive player. Not sure if this can be fixed.

What I assume you could do is make a list of ghosted players and send them the packets for updates anyways, evading the inactive player check.

But that is really just a workaround.
