Cannot open .emb files with embpack (error)

So i tried installing visual c redist 2008 and 2010 and 2013 but the error still happens. i used a dll fixer to get the file in my system but even after the fix i still get the same error. what am i doing wrong? im so frustrated.I really need to edit textures

i havent found a solution to this problem for xenoverse 2, i cant find anything on it, have you found a fix?
