Latest preview build broken

Describe the bug
Init fails, and crashes console with bug check 2144-001 0x290.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install latest (Feb 24) build of the rewrite branch
2. Open in Applet Mode
3. White screen
4. Console Crash on returning HOME (pressing home button)

(Opening with a game open also results in a game crash but does not kill the console)

Please fill the following information:

• CFW: Atmosphère
• CFW version: 1.6.2-master-f7bf379cf
• Atmosphère launch method (if applicable): Hekate
• nxdumptool version: Feb 24th release
• Homebrew launch method: applet
• Source storage used with the application (if applicable): sd
• SD card specs: Samsung EVO 256 GB, FAT32 partition
• HOS version: 17.0.1

Also, please try launching nxdumptool by holding "R" when starting a normal title. (Like a game, Hulu, Youtube, etc)

Launching as a title override crashes the app when you close it. In case, I title overwritten YouTube and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe with the same result.

Your image failed to upload again. Plus, the 2023-02-24 build works perfectly fine for me when loaded via title takeover.

Refresh the page; they only just uploaded. For some reason mobile upload is broken.

@aytimothy If possible, please try to reproduce the issue using the latest nxdumptool-rewrite build. I'd like to know if it works properly now -- if it doesn't, a crash log would be very helpful.
