Use ffmpeg-python

Suggest use python bindings like ffmpeg-python instead manually installing the binary and run via a subprocess. Would be easier to run the application.

ffmpeg-python has not been actively maintained since 2019, and I'm quite dubious about its usability. However, it seems there is a python-ffmpeg we can use. Let's me figure it out.
