Dataset Identifier #2
Description
What do we consider as a dataset in STA:
- all data available from a STA service
- all data of one type available from a STA service (i.e. Datastreams, Things...)
Also - do we want to define an additional dataset identifier (INSPIRE requires one), or do we utilize the service URLS (either base URL, or class specific ones depending on decision on above)
