Improve noise channel audio #66
Description
Noise channel audio sounds mostly correct but something is a bit off
Configured SNDTEST2.NES as follows:
That maps to the lookup table of time period 160 which maps to:

The waveform I generate is
with spectrum
Peaks at 138Hz which is quite far from 120Hz but I'm not sure I understood that pitch table anyway.
Equivalent in Mesen generates waveform and spectrum as below
which peaks at 138Hz as well so I think I'm happy with that portion
