I hope this message finds you well. I am currently working on data analysis using FindFungi, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks for your significant contributions to this field. Your work has been incredibly helpful in my research.

However, I encountered an issue when trying to download the fungal genome database using the following command:

wget http://bioinformatics.czc.hokudai.ac.jp/findfungi/FungalGenomeDatabases_EqualContigs.tar.gz

It seems that the file is no longer accessible. Could you kindly let me know if this dataset is outdated or if there is an alternative source from which I can download it?

I was checking the page fingdungi and it seems to be down, it does not give access. You could contact the original authors, maybe they can help you with the database Donovan y col., 2018
