Chapter redesign #156
Description
Chapters preamble is too verbose, with too many explanations about Jupyter.
We could redesign via one or a combination of:
a. sphinx jinja template (already being used for language flags)
b. automated insertion via JupmanPreprocessor
c. manually insertion of template macros
