Description
Describe the bug
Some 'seeds' do not have planets to display, even when "PLANETS" is enabled.
Build that the bug occurred in
3.3 stable official
To Reproduce
- Start the program, and toggle the "PLANETS" option. You might already have a bad seed.
- If you have planets, just change seeds by hitting the "TILE" button until you get a bad seed.
Expected behavior
If "PLANETS" is selected, for at least one to be present (a seed that generates no planets when they are desired seems odd, assuming you're not trying to intentionally break the program with a comedically-small background.
