I think its worth having an entire module on Telemetry. Specifically, maybe talk more about Sendables, creating your own Sendable objects, and explain how they are used. Also instead of just using SmartDashboard methods, there are new Shuffleboard methods documented here: https://docs.wpilib.org/en/stable/docs/software/dashboards/shuffleboard/layouts-with-code/index.html that we might want to explore instead of using smartdashboard..
