Add y-coord biomes support

in minecraft , some biomes is only generate solely based on x and z coordinates, such as jungle , ocean , plains etc.
but in newly version, some biomes is generate with x , y , z coordinates ,example as deep_dark , lush_caves , dripstone_caves

In my test , plugin is not generate any thing in y-coordinate biomes
plese fix it
