1.21.3 error of generating ores

I am writing to report an issue with the ore generation in your plugin after I modified the configuration file.

I have adjusted the size and count values for all ores to create a custom experience. While most ores now generate well and as intended, I am encountering two specific problems:

Iron Ore: Instead of generating in the typical small clusters, iron now generates in very long, thin, and serpentine-like veins that often form spiral shapes. This makes it behave unlike any other ore and is quite unnatural.

Redstone Ore: Redstone seems to be spawning much lower in the world than its configured height range would suggest. It appears very frequently at these low levels, even when other ores in the same height range do not.

Can you share a screenshot of the iron ore and redstone generation you are seeing?
Can you also share your iron ore and redstone configuration?

Those iron ores you are seeing are special iron ores (https://minecraft.wiki/w/Ore_vein) and are not controlled by the normal generation settings. With Ore-Control you can only deactivated them (in combination with the copper ones) via the extra value settings (comparator in the gui).

The redstone ores also look fine to me, one important thing is that the size you set is not the amount of blocks it generates. Do you think i can change or add smth to make smaller veins? bc i want to have low frequency of ores

This is the smallest possible size. What you can do is to reduce the amount of veins in a chunk. This can be done via the count setting.
