Support for importing existing resources from cloud platforms

1. Import resources from cloud platforms like AWS and GCP
   • Will need a custom tool to get the resource name or ID of all the resources for Pulumi to import it
2. Support managing the imported resources
3. Render the resources in the dashboard with proper alignment, i.e., prettify for the UI. Issue 23
