- Tuning mods can be chosen manually in the loadout editor, and will be assigned to compatible items when the loadout is applied. The equipped loadout and any snapshotted in-game loadouts will retain their tuning mods.
- Loadout Optimizer will no longer collapse sets with items that have the exact same stats. Now you'll see a separate set for each copy.

This was already true if you entered Loadout Optimizer by clicking the "Loadout Optimizer" button. Editing an existing loadout does not save the parameters as a default.
- When we save Loadout Optimizer defaults, we'll save the min/max setting for each stat now, not just whether it's enabled and what order.
- Fix "enhanced" detection to highlight barrels, magazines, etc.
