Project Setup

[Janniix]

Create develop branch from main as the primary development branch.

Create new Svelte and SvelteKit project within the frontend repository via the SkeletonUI initializer cli.
See Get Started for further instructions.
Make sure to select Typescript as primary language, when prompted.
(please document your setup steps for reproducibility)

Make sure that Skeleton and Tailwind are installed via npm accordingly (should be done by the skeleon cli, but should be verified nevertheless.
