Managing Locust using K8s CRD

First Idia was identifying Locust (Main/Worker)set using prefix of deployment name on Kubernetes
ex) locust-hello-main, locust-hello-worker deployments

Next step is managing Locust using K8s CRD like kind: Locust object.
It would be more helpful for defining and managing multiple Locust clusters.
