Quick thought!
As this is a tutorial type exercise I think it is important to make sure that the distinction between :phoenix_ecto, "> 3.0" and :ecto, "> 2.0" be made clear in your project/commits where you said "Updates the application to Phoenix 1.2/Ecto 3.0/Elixir 1.3".
Since ecto 2.0 has some important changes and the platform evolves at such a quick pace, I can see this being a potentially unnecessary headscratcher for folks new to the elixir/phoenix/ecto ecosystem. If that makes sense?
