missing script

When attempting to build this, I find that dls-xml-iocbuilder.py is missing.

Also, is there a manual for using this?

dls-xml-iocbuilder.py is a tool dls use to generate IOCs (directories in iocs/). No other sites use it as far as I know. Usually when we publish repos for other sites to use, we remove some of these bits to avoid this problem.

The fix in this case is to just delete the etc directory, then your build should work.

If you get it working and find it useful (or have further problems) please let us know and we can tidy up this repo for public consumption.
