Dial *732
you will hear: password
dial your password followed by #
you will hear: ID
dial 1
you will hear: begin recording
speak your message
dial #
your recording is played back
you will hear: press 1 to accept the recording, press 2 to re-record
If you press 1 the recording is saved as recording1.wav and all works.
If you press 2 you hear "ID" with no time to enter your ID and then immediately you hear "begin recording", you can speak your message, press # then press 1 to accept and your recording is saved as recording.wav instead of recording1.wav
Either 2 should take the caller to "begin recording" and remember the ID number you selected if possible. If that is not possible take the caller to "ID" and have them start from there.
As a bonus if the recording "begin recording" could also say something to tell you what to do to stop the recording that would make that prompt more intuitive.
Thanks.
