Encryption issues

While porting encryption to another app, I discovered some improper behavior in encryption regarding lengths for the various encryption types, etc. Some relatively minor re-work will need to be done. Particularly focus on the multiple recipient encryption.
Make sure CRC is only on encrypted data.

While developing this other application, I learned that CRC is unnecessary with AES-GCM which is authenticated. I have a whole, updated ECIES library for frontend and backend that I need to backport. Additionally I dropped GUIDs in the member objects and instead rely on the mongo ids (though we need GUIDs here in BrightChain). I have a front end and back end version of a bright chain member that can work interchangeably to encrypt data on the client or the server and this also provides a means to do login challenges at the client.
