Enable Managing Custom Attributes of Employees

Allow defining and assigning custom fields to employees (e.g., dietary preference, seating needs), so that these can be used in constraint definitions.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Organizer can create new custom fields (e.g., checkbox, text input, dropdown).
• Fields can be filled for each employee.
• Custom attributes appear in the employee list.
