Replace blocks warning improvement

I noticed that in the cut/paste gadget, overwrite blocks is enabled by default and that the icon and hovertext are green.
Personally, I found it very confusing and I was unsure if green meant it was enabled or if green meant it was safe.
Perhaps the colour for this feature can be red when enabled (keep white when disabled) and not have it enabled by default.
