Steam boots into a black screen with a tiny cutout in the top left corner.

Does it also occur on Steam without the skin installed?

No

Are you in the Steam BETA? If so, does the issue occur when opted out of the BETA?

Not participating in beta.

What Operating System are you using? (Windows 10, Mac OSX 11.1, Linux, Ubuntu etc.)

Windows 7

Are you using the latest stable release or using the latest commit version?

Most recent Steam non-beta update, using Pressure 1.1.1 "quickfix".

Install Pressure², enable it and observe Steam struggle.

There still are some white spaces that would need to be adjusted for the darkmode, already overwrote everything via the darkmode file inside the skin.
