Update k8s-monitoring helm URL reference in values.yaml

I was looking at the values.yaml for Alloy and at the top it mentions the values coming from https://github.com/grafana/k8s-monitoring-helm/blob/main/charts/k8s-monitoring-v1/values.yaml - which had me confused because the values weren't matching up at all until I noticed it's actually https://github.com/grafana/k8s-monitoring-helm/blob/main/charts/k8s-monitoring/values.yaml without the v1.

Just hoping to remove confusion for anyone else in the future!
