Add podLabels or similar value

Why

With the other helm charts we are able to leverage a labels or podLabels field that adds labels to the pods spun up by a deployment/statefulset. We have Kyverno policies that rely on these labels to exist to make decisions. It would be nice to have that on this chart as well.

@Jwrate was there specific labels you were looking for regarding a fortify deployment? Currently the helm chart has label helper templates that apply these labels:

there is also the ability to add individual podLabels to the fortify pods utilizing .Values.podLabels seen here.
