Version 9.1.0-bb.0 and above breaks air-gapped deployments #33
Description
It looks like a 'dependencies' section was added to the Chart.yaml referencing external entities to pull charts from. This is breaking air-gapped deployments when flux goes in and tries to pull charts from remote locations instead of using the ones bundled with this chart.
