Since ModSettings requires compatibility updates and will prevent the game from launching if an outdated version is installed, it would be great if the log file checker could warn users about that. It's not a 100% foolproof way of finding a crash, but I'd say 99.5% likelihood if red4ext.log's last line is the one about trying to load ModSettings...
Maybe something like "Warning: It appears that Red4Ext crashed when trying to load ModSettings.dll. If that is outdated..."
Might be easier than maintaining a version for that one as well
