Inconsistent Response when changing the file type

When Converting from HTML to PDF works properly, but when converting to docx I get back a completely blank document. I also tested rtf and markdown, both kicked back completely empty files. Do you know what might cause this?

Any idea what causes this? Still having a problem when I try to write a specific document to Docx but works perfectly in PDF. Can attach HTML source file here if that would help.
