Create 'transfer' script

~vagabond/bin/vagabond environment create --from=[source URL or path] --to=[destination URL or path]

Where 'from': @:
and 'to':

Script will then transfer the machine image to the local host and set it up so that it may be launched as a vagrant host instance. This essentially copies the source host and can be used to make local duplicates. The source host must be powered off.
