Features to-do by priority order:

• V3 features
• The ability to easily add more specs, like NIPs, NUTs, bLIPS, BOLTs
• A better search engine (meilisearch?)
• New design
• Related BIPs in each BIP (auto by discovering href or manually with JSON file)
• Filters on BIPs list (home page)
• The ability to see previous versions of the specs
